Madden 16 offline Franchise stuck on loading screeen

While this issue is resolved for some, it is not resolved for everyone. We are investigating the remaining causes of this and will post any further updates as available.

I have had the same problem on xbox one and its frustrating as hell. When can we expect this to be fixed because i went thru the same nonsense with madden 15 and decided to give ea another shot which im already regretting only a week onto the game being out.
Yup. Same thing. Xbox name: SlayRod30. Super annoying. Was working just fine until today.

It is October 25. I cannot play ANY franchise games on PS4.
I can load the franchise, but when I go to play a game in franchise, the game freezes during the loading process. I have to close the Madden 16 application.
I tried to create a new franchise & the same problem occurs.
This is ridiculous.
The MUT servers are HORRIBLE. They disconnect in the middle of solo challenges, making the game pointless & causing me to lose contracts.
MUT games freeze while loading a game & I have to close the application.
Head to head servers are lag-laden to the point that it is not an enjoyable experience. (I am hardwired & have a decent Internet package. I have little to no trouble playing other games online. )
Now, this issue with franchise mode, which has neen a problem since the game launched.
So what is left to play? Exhibition games (haven't tried them, but I have a feeling they will freeze, too)? Player training challenges?
Sorry, the price people pay for this game is NOT worth two modes of play.
I don't care if EA Sports has a monopoly on American football video games, I am finished with the EA Sports Madden franchise altogether.
I stopped buy Madden for a few years because of bug laden games.
I didn't buy Madden 15, because I didn't trust that Madden developers could put out a decent, COMPLETE game.
I decided to give it a shot on PS4. I thought, maybe it would be better on a new gen console.
But, the joke is on me. I got burned again.
The game is not worth the money paid, nor the frustration the bugs/glitches cause.
My trust in the Madden franchise is gone, again.
So is my future patronage.

Guys, I have an idea. We need to hit this company where it hurts, in the profit margin. They sold us a defective game that we cannot play. I cannot play ANY games. The game freezes in the load screen in EVERY MODE. The game is completely unplayable. Here is what we do: We ALL start calling attorneys & see if we can start a class action lawsuit. They sold us a game that we CANNOT play. They are dragging their feet when it comes to fixing it. Nothing they have done fixes it. They have put out NUMEROUS patches. NONE of them fix the issues. I, honestly, think we have grounds for a class action lawsuit. I am going to call an attorney & see if we have grounds for a lawsuit. If we do, we can make EA Sports pay BIG-TIME! They will have to pay back the money we spent, plus whatever damages the attorneys can drum up.
UPDATE: I read the terms. These EA jack-holes really got us.
If you READ the terms, these idiots wrote into the terms that by "agreeing to the terms" WE WAIVE OUR RIGHTS to file a class-action lawsuit.
EA Sports is dirty as f....
Screw these idiots.
But, we do have another option. We CAN file individual lawsuits. If we win, EA Sports has to pay 150 percent & up to $,5,000.
So, that is our only way to fight these monsters.

Yeah I don't know that I'm ready to go to court over a video game. I've written reviews expressing how broken the game is and have canceled every single pre order that has EA's name attached to it. It's not the first time I've been taken with a garbage game from them so I'm done repeating the same mistakes. If I buy another EA game it'll be discounted and used long after the initial release. There are too many other game publishers out there that have good unbroken games. To get a game in 2015 that can't save it's own game files or load menus is ridiculous. Then for it not to be fixed for months and half way through the football season is inexcusable.
