Madden and cfb 26 keeps crashing

So, when I play multiplayer franchise mode offline, right, and I just want to play with someone else on the same team, okay? I'm in a game, randomly it crashes. It either quits the game entirely, or just turns off my console entirely. So, I'm like, what the heck is this, right? So, when I go back into franchise mode, it says resume or delete a game, I resume the game, and it doesn't let me controller select, so I can't put the multi of the other, my teammate, which is like another person on my team, in the thing, in the game. So, I also, I would really like that to happen, and also, college football 26 and Madden, whenever I play by myself or with a friend, it crashes automatically. Like I said, it crashes, quits the game, or just turns off my console entirely, and it's constantly happening. I've been doing literally everything, I uninstall the game, I reinstall it, I don't know what to do anymore, just please help me, how do I fix this game? And it's not anything to do with ventilation, it's not doing anything, I don't know what it is, okay? I'm not clearing any cache or anything like that, just tell me what's going on! Help!
