Madden 16 offline Franchise stuck on loading screeen

Been trying to play Madden connected franchise which is my favorite gamemode, but it is not even playable. In Madden 15 every time after a game it would freeze and stay frozen making me have to restart my ps3 and run the revoery. I would not have saved progress and it was a waste, why play when you can't even finish a game. I then stopped playing Madden 15 and decided when Madden 16 came out I would give it a shot. Waste of time and money, the same thing happens in Madden 16 my connected franchise freezes after every game and it is * me off. I really hope EA will fix this as soon as possible or you won't be seeing me buy anymore of their games. I am sorry if I come off mad but I played for a working game not a broken one. I know it is not my ps3 cause I have tried it on several and it happens to a bunch of other people too. I thought it would be fixed in Madden 16 please fix it. P.S you can bet EA won't be getting anymore money from me if this isn't fixed and fixed soon.

I play PS3 
Connected franchise mode 
Salary cap off, trade deadline off and pre existing injury off everything else default. 
I do fantasy draft with 4 minute quarters 
I have tried both playing while online and offline both freeze after a game 
Win or lose either or it freezes at the loading screen at the end of the game. 
Please fix this I just want to play my game without problems.

I have same problem always after finished game on franchise game mode. This is game its unplayable... fix it!!  ppl spend money to have fun and play but have frustrating time with glitch. sorry for my english. 

Same Exact Issue on XBox One. This game is UNPLAYABLE and was a Complete WASTE OF MONEY!

Clear the cache :
Go into the Alternate MAC Address section of their Xbox One by the path below😕elect the option: Settings -> Network Settings
select the option: Advanced Settings
select the option: Alternative Mac Address
select the option: Clear
shut down the console.
disconnect the power cord from the back of the Xbox One and wait two minutes.
Once the two minutes have passed, plug the power back in and wait for the power bricks light to go from White to Orange.
Once the power brick has the Orange light, start the console.

Delete and re-download the Gamertag :

Uninstall the game and reinstall :

Close the application and restart:

Power cycle the console :
While the console is on, press and hold the console’s Xbox button for 5 seconds.
The console will power down.
Unplug the power cord.
Wait 30 seconds.
Plug the power cord back in then turn the console back on by touching the Xbox button
Note: If your console is set to the Instant-On power state, the above steps will shut the console completely off and will not enable Instant-On or the ability to turn on your console by saying ‘Xbox On’ until it reboots. .
