Madden 17 on xbox one s (EA account issue)
Ok. Seems that using the ea help 'contact me' function does not work for me.
I have tried chat with me 'hold time under 5 minutes'...no one shows up and I quit after waiting for 45 minutes to an hour.
I have tried call me now...no one calls me and after waiting an hour I don't expect they will be doing so.
I am on Windows 10 Professional, and I've tried on the following browsers (Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Chrome), so I don't think it is something on my end.
My issue is this. I recently bought an xbox one s with madden 17 (download code) included. I input the code and downloaded the game (it plays). When I goto login to EA it automatically put in my xbox live email address (which I no longer have access to BUT on the xbox live side I worked around this by adding a backup email so any emails sent from xbox live would send to BOTH my non-accessible email AND my current and active email) and it does not let me login. I can't use forgot my password because it tries to send to my email address I no longer have access to, and it does not even have an option to change the email address so I can login using another email address.
My xbox live email address I cannot change but how do I make it so I can login to EA on my xbox one s to play madden 17's online features? I don't mind having to make another EA account (for a usable email address) to set it up since I pretty much only use EA Origin to play Madden games.
Any help would be appreciated.
