Madden 17 Xbox One Stuck On Loading Roster

Ok so I load the game up and I it gets to the screen with Gronkowski on it. I hit a button to load into the game and it says loading profile. It loads the profile, then it says exactly as follows
LOADING-ROSTER OFFICAL. PLEASE DONT TURN OFF YOUR SYSTEM. It has been loading it for at least 30mins and I have restarted and even reinstalled the game. I have no idea what to do.

    Hey, EA. Loyal customer since MADDEN 04 here. Curious as to when I can use my Ultimate Team or even get on your game!?!?!? 

    No rep has contacted me back, and I am no way closer to getting on thanks to your guys game. Thanks alot for treating your customers this way!!
