Ok so I load the game up and I it gets to the screen with Gronkowski on it. I hit a button to load into the game and it says loading profile. It loads the profile, then it says exactly as follows LOADING-ROSTER OFFICAL. PLEASE DONT TURN OFF YOUR SYSTEM. It has been loading it for at least 30mins and I have restarted and even reinstalled the game. I have no idea what to do.

Hi there! Try this step, and see if it helps to resolve your issue: Navigate to Settings>All Settings>Network>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC Address>Clear. The next screen will prompt you to restart the console by pressing "A", but don't do this - on that screen, instead, walk up to your console, hold the power button down until your XBOX One does a hard shutdown, then unplug the power cable from the back. With the power cable unplugged, press the power button 5 or 6 times to expel any excess power stored in the device, then plug it back in, boot up your XBOX One, and load into Madden 17.

No this did not help. I have reinstalled the game as well. I called EA 3 times and they have done nothing. Please help for I saved up 60 dollars of my own money to buy this game. Thank you

HaVnt even been able to play the stupid game won't load!!! Only on my gamer tag my buddies will work , makes no sense

No this did not help. I have reinstalled the game as well. I called EA 3 times and they have done nothing. Please help for I saved up 60 dollars of my own money to buy this game. Thank you

@bkplaypin If you are able to connect with your friend's XBOX Gamertag but not yours, it could be a syncing issue with your Gamertag profile.

Follow steps here to remove your account from your XBOX One: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/security/remove-profile-from-console

This will not impact any game saves, files, or online progress for any of your titles.

Once your account is removed, simply sign right back in to download your Gamertag profile back to your XBOX One.

I tried both of these fixes and it didn't work. I get stuck in. The same spot, any additional suggestions ?

same here, I chatted with two EA reps today. both told me there's basically nothing I can do to help resolve this issue. Fantastic Customer service

Unfortunately, sometimes technical issue can occur that result in loss of user data/progress. This seems to be the situation in your case and it is not likely your saved data is recoverable.

Please continue with case #29678403 until it has been brought to a conclusion. Apologies for this inconvenience.

I did everything the rep told me to do. I even erased my cloud to get rid of the "corrupt data" and I still can't get on.

This is awful. Every other game I have works besides Madden, all the hours, the money, and work I put in for my team is now gone because you guys can't help me. You don't have a valid reason for what has happened, or any significant help. Nothing has helped, you guys have only made this worse.
