At this point an update of either “sorry guys, we can’t recover your franchises” or “here’s the issue, here’s an estimate of how long it’ll take” would be great.@EA_Blueberry any update would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

So we all know we aren't going to get anymore details here. They aren't going to tell us what happened, they aren't going to tell us when. Simply put they don't care and for Blueberry to basically say just shut up and start a new franchise that will fix it shows a basic disconnect with him/herself and the users. They are basically just going to just hope we all go away or throw you a 5 buck in game credit to the new version because at the end of the day it is blatantly obvious they don't care about 20ish vocal users of a 4 year old game, they made their money on us. We can hope someone in customer service or management is monitoring this...but again i wouldnt hold my breath. We ALL learned a valuable lesson here. Madden has a shelf life and much like apple with iPhones they are going to say "you know what, that version is old and we need to make money off the new one so the heck with you guys" Shame on you EA sports and shame on you Blueberry for thinking we are stupid enough to believe that after two months a software company doesn't know whats wrong with a game they made or how to fix it.

I’m pretty patient but it’s really starting to aggravate me. In light of what happened with madden 17 I’m starting to think this kind of stuff is done on purpose to force you to buy the new game

Disgusting to think that EA would assist Donald Trump in arranging an attempted coup to distract from the likelihood that they accidentally deleted our Madden 18 franchise data. smh

I repeat, I have logged into this board to check on the status of the outage 100 times since this issue started.@EA_Blueberry any update to your loyal followers on what is going on or when we can enjoy the game again that we all paid for?

Hey so all of my past cloud madden connected franchises keep becoming unavailable over these last couple days. It started with madden 15 where me and my friend can no longer play in our league together and now in a 4 person league on madden 18 it's giving me an error message that says the league is temporarily unavailable. Is madden or EA shutting down there past madden servers? If so a heads up would have been nice before the time we wasted playing together. If there's a way to fix this I would love to know. Otherwise I'll have to delete all these madden games I usually play. Someone please help.

I am having the same issue with my madden 18 online franchise as well. I played yesterday fine and now today I get this message “the requested league is temporarily unavailable, We apologize for the inconvenience". When I search for other public leagues I get the same notification.
Some help on this issue would be greatly appreciated

Madden NFL 15 services have been shut down, but 18 should still be up as far as I'm aware.
