Hey, everyone. Just got back in from my weekend. Good news is that the team has been notified about this and aware of it. As it's an older title the resources for this are more limited compared to Madden NFL 21 as most of the dev team is working on that title and Madden NFL 22, thus it may take a little longer to address during the holiday break. Any news we come across will be shared here as soon as we hear it. We apologize for any miscommunication from our EA staff from those that reached out to them and this is a task our teams will need to fix.

@EA_BlueberryThanks for getting back to us. Merry Christmas to you. Obviously Madden 21 will be EA's priority, but I certainly hope that time can be spared to address this Madden 18 issue.
Many of us can't reasonably budget to get a new Madden title every year, and look to maximize the value that we can get out of the Madden game we purchased. So, we'd appreciate any help that we can get on getting a little bit more out of the game we have.
With it being right around Christmas, I hope all of you get a chance to spend some valuable time with family. (Whatever that looks like for you in a COVID-19 world)
I can confirm I am also having this issue on Xbox one as well. Hopefully they can get this fixed quickly. A week is a little excessive for a small software glitch.
- @EA_Blueberry Damn i just got back into the franchise. I get my team stacked and finally get good at the game. And you shut down my franchise in the middle of my second season. Oh well. Probably just stop playing haha.
- I would stop playing it too but the new maddens are so full of BS. Every-time I consider just moving on from my 10 year Eagles franchise on 18 I remember how angry the madden 20 game play makes me and I can’t do it. Madden 18 was fun to play and the soundtrack was👌🏻. Anyway EA probably won’t do anything because they want users to move on and buy Madden 21. I hope I am wrong but.
I was on season 2032....I built and worked that roster for years and now they’ve decided I can no longer access it with zero warning whatsoever? This is just more proof that EA clearly does not care for the gaming community it regularly exploits. Losing this work has devalued what I paid for and had reasonable expectations of support for. To do this during a pandemic when money is tight and people are already stressed is a further example of their tone deafness. EA is trash.
Thanks for the update! My league of 4 is still seeing this, my user being kingb1294 and on PS4. Glad to hear the team is looking into it, only commenting here to help make sure it gets the right amount of attention given it's still affecting more than a couple users/franchises. You've been super helpful, have a good holiday!
Having the same issue here as well with an online franchise impacting 6 users. I look forward to seeing this getting resolved!!!!
