I've called and all I heard was "We are aware of the problem, they are working on it" and then they sent me a link to this thread... That is the end of it.

Community ManagerThe team made an attempt to try and address it and it unfortunately did not stick. I asked for the Gamertag so they're able to use it as a reference for future testing. Thank you for hanging in there a bit longer for us, rest assured it's still being look into!

My bet is that they had our save files tied to madden 15/16 and when they deleted those they deleted madden 18s or just a bad delete query that hit 18 as well
Regardless, blueberry and his people really are putting in minimal effort...
