I post this at the risk of being banned from posting on this forum ever again but really, when it comes down to it, what does being able to post on this forum gain for us????
Let me point out that @EA_Blueberry says they are "Actively looking into addressing it" instead of they "Are addressing it" I would suggest that they stop looking into addressing it and actually address it.
I would add that I have asked @EA_Blueberry directly how to contact his supervisor and have yet to get a response to that.
Should I get banned I wish you all good luck and hope you find another game or even altogether different way of recreating / killing time. Happy New Year Ya'll.

The team is actively looking into fixing it. As I mentioned earlier, they attempted to address it and it unfortunately did not work. They plan to address this so you all can access online franchises again. It's frustrating from my end to see you all frustrated, not the type of forum post I personally enjoy pulling up daily when I want you all to get into your games with your friends/family as soon as possible. We'll continue to relay important details to you all here and anything you feel could be useful you come across for their investigation.
We sincerely appreciate your patience during this outage and plan to update you all on the status of this as soon as we get any information from those working on it.

@EA_BlueberryAt this point I feel u guys are bullshotting us and just want us to buy the newer games. I don't see why you can't do this in a timely manner. Just like they would say at my job.[Removed - CM]

Am I the only one picturing that "the team" is just one part time resource still using dial up as a connection? They have something like a window between 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. every other Tuesday to look at M18 Franchise issues. Rest of the week? MUT14 of course.
I don't think there's much that the mod can do about that so let's take it easy on them.

Lol ill take it easy on them when they offer us a refund on a broken game they can't fix. We have asked basic questions that haven't been answered:
What exactly is the issue that's so dumbfounding to the people that actually built the game?
What is the plan? This is obviously not a priority and the game shows my league is still there in the cloud but won't let me download it.
They are either being blatantly dishonest with us on the issue and/or stringing this along and hoping we all go away.

It is dumbfounding to me. I played the franchise one day and then the next day it didn’t work. Obviously something happened or changed in that short timeframe and it shouldn’t be all that difficult to figure out. If it was MUT it would’ve been fixed in a day

48 hours since I responded to what @EA_Blueberry told me was his / her supervisor and as I expected... no response. Ladies and Gentlemen, EA clearly sees us as not important to them. Well until if/when we purchase 21.
