@EA_Blueberry. So whats the status and timeframe? Its over a month. They could have had an extra programmer hired just for this and trained and fixed by now.

@kingbrendan94 I wasn't able to get any progress updates today to solidify any concrete time-line. We unfortunately won't be able to disclose any specific information on what is causing this error from our internal servers too. - 5 years ago@EA_Blueberry absolutely ridiculous. How is it possible that after a month you literally have provided us with zero help or information?

Because their boss is throwing them under the bus. It's very frustrating but if the dev team (and their managers) don't give a **** about anything but MUT, there's nothing the community manager is gonna be able to do about it.

@EA_Blueberry You still have customers who check this thread daily for updates. As the community manager and point of contact that was provided for this issue, the least you could do is provide said updates. This way we know we aren’t being ignored and feel valued as your customers (basic customer service 101). Were you able to get any progress updates to solidify a concrete time-line?
Everyone else - Has anyone had any luck logging back in? When was the last time y’all tried?
My gamer tag is stizmarkie, I just in case this is in fact an ongoing issue that EA techs are attempting to fix.

@EAHelp was responsive when this first started (which was before Christmas, in case you needed a reminder). I tweeted at them yesterday morning and have not heard back anything.
You’d think at this point someone could let us know they messed up and deleted everything with no way to recover. This whole stringing us along thing is brutal. I feel like I’m in an unhealthy middle school relationship again. - 5 years ago
Yes they responded to me as well in a DM. But i suspect this is just damage control. We need to bring this to the attention of outside parties.

Hello everyone I can't log in to my franchise try everyday yesterday I got to take to someone on the phone from EA took time and was a long wait and from the conversation I had witch last about 5 minutes I got the impression they don't know what is going on with the franchise in madden 18 best I got told was please bear with them and it will be sorted soon I don't think it will now seems like a delay tack tick before they come clean and say they have wipe them hope I'm wrong for everyone who plays it but I Don't think I am now

Has anyone checked to see if EA receives a considerable amount of their income from Citadel? Would explain a lot.

ThorVader I just twitter eahelp got dm saying that if I had a car that had a problem and I didn't know what it was that it would take time to find and fix it so they are still looking in to it and are aware of it and have collected info from players about what is happening that's a new one to me

I am impressed by everyone's persistence and hopefulness however, if you haven't figured it out... It's over. EA had an employee or group of employees who made a fatal error OR they were hacked and we suffered. In either case none of us are getting our franchises back and EA is not saying anything to protect themselves. Their silence speaks of guilt, shame and fear of repercussions while it shows how unimportant we as customers / users are to them.
Game Over. Insert $59.99 for Madden21 or start a new franchise with 18'.

@balddonnie I am certainly persistent, but not hopeful. I realize our franchises are toast, I just would like to someone to take ownership of the mistake. It’s the least that can be done for paying customers.
I’ll never buy another Madden again. Really looking for to 2k getting back into the football game this year.
