ThorVader I just twitter eahelp got dm saying that if I had a car that had a problem and I didn't know what it was that it would take time to find and fix it so they are still looking in to it and are aware of it and have collected info from players about what is happening that's a new one to me
I am impressed by everyone's persistence and hopefulness however, if you haven't figured it out... It's over. EA had an employee or group of employees who made a fatal error OR they were hacked and we suffered. In either case none of us are getting our franchises back and EA is not saying anything to protect themselves. Their silence speaks of guilt, shame and fear of repercussions while it shows how unimportant we as customers / users are to them.
Game Over. Insert $59.99 for Madden21 or start a new franchise with 18'.
@balddonnie I am certainly persistent, but not hopeful. I realize our franchises are toast, I just would like to someone to take ownership of the mistake. It’s the least that can be done for paying customers.
I’ll never buy another Madden again. Really looking for to 2k getting back into the football game this year.
@stizmarkieIt seems that 2K won't have a franchise mode though.
But I guess still better than buying another Madden game to get the same exact franchise features since 2014 that can be pulled away for no reason or explanation.Please just hurry up and tell us someone accidentally deleted all of the files and they can’t be recovered but we can start new franchises and be fine. I mean just rip the band aid off at this point.

This is just ridiculous. I sent EA an email on 12/19/20. This happened right after an update.
is there a way to upload/import our rosters to a new team? I understand that won’t bring back our lost years of progress but still could be helpful.

- @ThorVader Yes, we did that story last Sunday. Not sure why the mod bothered with that post as it meant nothing in the end.
I'm looking forward to the weekly "I've reached out to the devs and am waiting for a response" we'll get around Tuesday or Wednesday with no reference to any response from the weeks of pinging them. Hey guys should we plan something in February for the two month anniversary of the crash? Maybe a zoom call or something?

I’d like that. Talk about what amazing players we had in the leagues and how far we got with rebuilding our teams.
I already started a new franchise a few days after the league glitch and already kinda forgot about my old league but I still kind of remember the old players.
Yeah I run a YouTube channel called Psychotic Logan where I was 50 + episode into a series to save Nathan Peterman's Career and the glitch appeared and I have had to put the series on hold until further notice.
