@EA_Blueberry thanks for the response. Can you confirm if this is something being actively worked on or just stuck in some backlog, awaiting prioritization? Frankly, I’d rather hear something along the lines of “We don’t plan on fixing this” vs waiting in a backlog of items no one will ever get to.

At this point, I gotta say I'm pretty shocked.  We're talking about a company with with a market cap of over 37 Billion Dollars and brought in revenue of over 5 Billion Dollars last year.  But yet, we're supposed to believe that this company doesn't have the resources to fix a problem with its video game.

This company is apparently so strapped for cash that it can't afford to set aside any resources to fix a problem with one of its products, or even provide even the most basic levels of customer service in the process.

This is really sad to me, and I'm honestly in a little bit of disbelief that a company that has so many resources in terms of cash, human resources, talent, marketing, etc., etc., can't be bothered to communicate with its customers quickly and transparently on an issue with one of it's products.  Can't be bothered to support a product that it put on the market that it has stated in this very thread is not yet End Of Life.

I know that EA has had a bad reputation with the gaming community for a long time.  Clearly that's a reputation they've earned, and are intent on keeping.  I would hope that they'd want to shed that reputation at some point, but this is just another example of them showing that they don't care about their bad reputation, or their customers.  They've already got our money, so what do they need us for?

But be careful about mounting any sort of rebellion because then you are threatened with sanctions. Well sanction me, I have screenshotted all of this thread, recorded all my phone calls. I am done with the being ignored and being threatened and EA's employee's hiding behind company policy...  

We should be paid for beta testing their busted game.

This thread is closed for them. There is no chance this is even on the radar anymore after 3+ months. My friends and I finally started over because we were tired of waiting. We also decided we will continue to not buy Madden....and have decided to include all EA Sports games. Some unforgivable negligence here.

Just got back yesterday from being out several weeks. The team is still has this logged on their plate. I don't have any other updates outside of that and if any news comes along I'll share it with you all as soon as possible. 

Lol.  What an unbelievable joke this is.  Must be nice to be out for "several weeks" with no backup and no concern for paying customers.  Everyone working on this fix is either amazingly incompetent or massive liars.
