Any update today on the Madden 18 cloud franchise?

It's so quiet regarding this issue I can hear the crickets chirping from where ever the EA staff and servers are located.

Well, all the reassurance that @EA_Blueberry had been giving us has proven to be just hot air. Not a single update in 2 days yet EA continues to tweet on 21' . I stick to my previous statement that if you have anything less than 20' you will never be able to access your franchise. EA is not interested in anything but $$. So we users of older versions are going to be faced with the decision of upgrading and feeding EA more money or never play a Madden franchise game again.
At this point an update of either “sorry guys, we can’t recover your franchises” or “here’s the issue, here’s an estimate of how long it’ll take” would be great.
