Madden 18 is not fair for people who don't put money into the game.

Your absolutely correct but unfortunately no point botching about it cause 1 voice out of millions will not make them change their practices it's favoritism that's y players like watt or Watkins who were injured all year have high rated cards

EA knows they can spam and cheese people like this because that's how they make their money. It's true, it's not fair at all. Spending all your money on coins and cards and not getting anything in return. It's basically wasting your money and a form of gambling, which is illegal isn't it EA?? If we as customers pay for something, we should get the honest product.

Thanks for your feedback. It's appreciated. I have been playing Madden Ultimate Team since 2011 and I have been that kind of user that has spent a lot of money in the game (upwards to the thousands). Madden is a personal hobby of mine. Over the last couple of years due to life changes, I have not been able to spend as much money as I have wanted and I have taken the approach of a #NoMoneySpent Squad for the last two years running. Personally, I find it more rewarding going down this path than spending money at times. It is a grind and a lot of work, but you can build a decent team without spending a dime.

The key things I recommend to the community are the following:

• Grind your solos daily
• Take advantage of doing your Daily XP objective. This is free coins in the bank every day. Just make sure to play 2 solos challenges, do a set and open a pack. You can purchase the 500 coin pack to meet this final objective
• Complete your objective lists in the game. There are a lot of coins rewards to be had doing these
• There are a lot of NAT solos rewards right now that although you cannot make a profit on these cards, you can earn decent rewards to build up your team

Here is a video I did on YouTube to help out my respective community when I did the #NoMoneySpent Team on X1 last season. The same rules kind of apply as the game mechanics are pretty similar from year to year.

Happy to talk this through with you more if you need more advice, but even if you don't spend money, I think you can find the game enjoyable. I definitely have some tricks up my sleeve on how to min/max things to take advantage of the market as needed.

I totally understand that is an old video, but the concepts are pretty much a standard staple of MUT since I have been playing the game since Madden '11. Granted, in the beginning of the game these concepts could be harder to implement, but the concepts/principles are pretty timeless in my opinion.

Thanks for your feedback on what you don't like about the game. We are always listening and I am sharing that feedback with our development teams. 

I know that sometimes games just don't suit some people. Personally, last year I took some time off the game and played other EA and other publisher games (i.e. Division, etc.) to just take a break. I eventually game back to Madden as a Game Changer and worked with some of the development teams near the end of the year to talk about possible program changes, etc.

People are listening. I can assure you that being the Community Manager for Madden/NBA LIVE. I have been in my role for about a month, but was a Game Changer for 3 years. As I tell everyone, Rome wasn't built in a day, but people were building Rome daily. Thanks for the feedback and I'll pass it along.
