madden 18 xbox one . . . . I can't

I have Madden 18, Xbox One version.  When I go to the store in this game, I can't see any items to purchase.  The odd thing is that I can see items in store when I play my game at a friend's house.  But, nothing shows up when I play it on my own TV.  I purchased the disc version.  Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

    quick question. When you started playing the game the first time.

    Was it at your friend's house or your own? It almost sounds like the ability is getting blocked. I am not sure what the answer is. You may want to have this question moved to the Madden 18 forum. Right now you posted in the Anthem game. You may find others there that have ran into the same problem or have a solution.
