madden 18

i was playing mut solo challenges and suddenly the sound stopped working i shrugged it off as something with my tv, and i finished the game. at the end the game froze, so i quit out and restarted madden, i again after the “ea sports, it’s in the game” had no sound, i went into mut, and my game froze again every time after i; completed a set, opened a pack, drew a flag in game, and called a timeout or ended a quarter in game. i checked the disc for scratches, nothing, and i am logged into xbox live and the EA servers. what is going on and how can it be fixed?
