Madden 19 in game crashes

Madden 19 is freezing before it can even reach the home screen. When it does freeze, it makes a very audible screeching noise. I have hard rreset my xbox to no avail. All other games are working fine. 

I preordered madden 19 for my xbox one, and the game trial worked perfectly fine. Last night, when it was released at 11 at night, when I tried playing it about an hour in, the game audio cut out completely. After playing in silence for about 20 minutes, the game crashed. So I restarted the game and now the game still has no audio, and additionally will crash after every solo challenge I complete, and not give me the rewards for it. I’ve restarted the game, restarted my xbox, and even waiting overnight to see if this problem would go away this afternoon and it hasn’t. All my friends are playing fine and it’s very irritating, please help EA!

My sound doesn't work in any mode and I have all my volume settings all the way up and can't hear music or commentary. I am on xbox one. 

I'm having the same problem on PC.  Just finished the download and all I get is a thumping sound, like your riding on a flat tire.  This is bullcrap.

I am having the same problem. Got the pre-order HOF edition for Xbox One and it was working fine. Just out of the blue today, however, all of the sound stopped working except for the very beginning opening scene. Madden is a super dull game with no Audio lol

Try to uninstall and reinstall. Worked for Me!

I have no sound at all, I can't even play the game yet.

Mine worked perfect all thru the first night now today randomly the audio cut out and it won’t save and glitches mid game. And now I basically can’t do anything. It is a game crashing glitch.. somebody please tell me it’s fixable

They better refund money after it's deadline, cause I don't know if I want to wait for them to answer the problem.  I WANT TO PLAY GAME NOW..........

Same thing happened to me (on xbox one), the game was working just fine for a while, then suddenly the sound stopped in the middle of a game. I restarted the game, now the sound only plays in the AB intro, but I get no other sound. Further, when I'm in a game, aside from having no sound, I'm seeing various glitches where the replays have players disappearing, and the game stopping altogether in transitions such as kickoffs or end of quarters. This is completely unplayable and unacceptable as it is, I've never experienced so many bugs before in a game. Either this needs to be addressed asap, or we should get refunds!
