Madden 19 MUT Player Dissapearance
I was playing MUT and I noticed after I changed my lineup I lost a 96 overall Terrell Owen's Ultimate Legends card. It just dissapeared out of existence out of the blue. Annoyed by this and having spent several hours to get it, I decided to get in touch with EA. Their customer support was going well until the very end when they stated that according to their records I had deleted the card. I argued that there doesn't seem to be any way that you can delete a player without getting some sort of thing in return, be it training or adding it to a set. They then said I had to have deleted it and that's that . I can't get my player back and while he wasn't good enough to make the team I would have still gained thousands in useful training. So I guess there is basically no reason to get ahold of customer support cause you probably won't get your item and you will have wasted your time.
