Madden 19 PC crash at launch

Hello,
I bought a EA Access Basic only to test this game before maybe buy it.
I downloaded the game and i tried to launch it but i only seen the game windows (all black) a second and it close without any error message...
I read a lot on forum to find a fix but nothing works for me... I need help

    @EA_Barry

    i tried to repair vcredist and DXSETUP files as administrator but it seems that doesn't change anything.

    BUT i downloaded Windows 7 update KB2670838 and now game works well ! (and in 144Hz)

    This is an optionnal update from windows update that it seems download some .dll files for DirectX that missed from my computer.

    @Benhol57

    Please right click on both the vcredist files and the DSETUP file and then 'Run as an Administrator', choose Install or Repair.

    Can you also set your monitor refresh rate to 60Hz rather than 144Hz.
