What worked for me was going to your EA account on go to the "About me" tab. At the bottom of the page you will see "XBOX one" linked to the account. Next to it you should see "Remove Link" click on it and remove the link. Log into your xbox game and it will ask you to re-link the account. I did this and it worked.
Interesting suggestion. I did this, and am still experiencing the same problem.

Let's see if alternate DNS servers will help. From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
I did this, same issue. Should i change my DNS back to what it was?
I also noticed that my port changed on it's own while trying to power down my console.
