Madden 20 Franchise - Unable to Continue In-Progress game or load since 10/16

Hey guys, I know there were some server issues with EA that were self-reported for Madden.. Since the 16th I can't load my Franchise. It's a solo one but is connected to Cloud. When I try to resume where I left off (in a game) the loading screen with players just loads and loads...
EA Reported that they resolved issues related to the server on 10/22. Unfortunately my issue persists. I called EA and a support rep said there are still issues but that most were fixed and they won't be giving a general update since it only impacts some. They recommended I call back and check the forums... Sooo here I am. Anyone find a work around? Or even some alternative feedback.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled madden, tried it completely offline, etc... Unfortunately my last manual save is too old to even care if it would load. Hoping 20 years of Franchise mode aren't wasted (I know, I'm crazy lol)

Just in case anyone runs into this I was able to get with support today and a rep walked me through clearing the MAC Address for my Xbox One (Network Settings) and then going to the Blue Ray settings and clearing a cache there as well. After that we rebooted, gave it a couple of mins and bam I was back in.
