So every time I create a create an online franchise and answer the media question I scroll down to play the game and it says view box score. Even though I haven’t even played the game I click to see if it goes away but then it gives me the option to start the game. I play through the whole game and once I'm finished and back in the menu it still shows view box score with the bugged/glitch score. It disregards the whole game I just played. I’ve simmed a whole season to see if it will go away but it hasn’t. I even deleted my profile and all my saves but it still is bugged

@LieutenantPuma36 Same here man. Everytime I complete a game using the "play the moments" quick game. I beat the Patriots and in the box score it said they won. My record reflected a loss as well. WTF!

Same thing is currently happening to me, have they provided any fix for this?

I’m assuming EA will continue to ignore this. This is annoying. They don’t even have a stupid contact. I should just be able to get on the phone with someone to see if they are aware and if there is a fix

I have that problem too and it just started happening last weekend when I aim to next week it won’t let me play the game it just says box score.

I had the same problem on Xbox. I ended up just creating a new franchise and it is allowing me to play a game and the scores are reflecting. My old franchise still has the bug unfortunately.

We've raised that up to the team and they're investigating. Thank you for the heads up! We'll update relevant posts when we have more information. This looks to only be affecting cloud franchises, so if you're playing by yourself an offline franchise is a current way to get around this.
