Madden 20 Franchise Mode Trading, 100% Interest=Trade Declined

Product: Madden NFL 20
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which console generation do you have? PlayStation 4

What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode
Which part of the mode? Cloud
Summarize your bug Unable to trade for draft picks even though the other team's interest is 100%. To confirm this being a bug I attempted to trade 2 80 overall players for a 7th round pick and the other team's interest was 100% but they still declined it. The teams I traied trading with were CPU.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try trading for draft picks.
What happens when the bug occurs? If the trade is a good offer the CPU's interest level will be 100% but it will say that the trade is declined.
What do you expect to see? The trade being accepted.

What happens when the bug occurs? The trade is declined and I am unable to acquire more draft capital even though the other team's interest bar is full.

    Same for me on PC.  Trying to trade a LOLB for a 2nd round, 100% interest, trade declined.  Tried all the way to 7th round and it still won't go through.

    I figured out my issue.  Trading a player for a pick would have given them 54/53.  I threw in a terrible player from their team and the trade went through.  Seems they could have just taken the player and cut someone, but works for me.

    So I’m trying to trade with another user, and every time we accept the trade, it comes back saying it’s declined. We even switched from coaches to owners, to see if that was the reason, and we still got the same results. He and myself have cut enough people and have enough cap to where the trade should happen. Why is this happening? Could anyone please help me ASAP

    Do you know if those players you're trying to trade will put you over the cap in the coming years? Are you and the other owner able to re-structure some contracts to see if that will help push it through?

    @Popppppw 

    I know this is really late but did you ever get a trade through from the screenshot you posted? From what I see, the the salaries for those players will put a huge hit on the Saints and also put them over roster spots.
