What happens when you try to click on it? Have you tried backing out of CFM yet?
It takes me to the "things to do screen" and I tried backing out with no success
I fixed it by quitting the whole game then reloading.. lol
Having the same issue. I signed Eric Berry and traded for Quenton Nelson, went to training and after selecting "START TRAINING," I am reverted back to the my "Things To Do" menu.

Were you able to fix this by rebooting the console like @calimmafighter mentioned? We'll get this tracked down for the team to be aware of.
- @EA_Blueberry I'm having the same issue and the reboot has not helped.
Hi, I'm having the same issue too. Just loaded up Franchise for the first time today. Won't let me pick which stage of the season I want to begin with and won't let me play training. Either I have a popup that says it is unable to start, or it just sends me back to the "things to do" screen. Also played the first pre-season game and the game wouldn't finish after the 4th quarter. Tried rebooting my console and start a new franchise, but still having the same problems.
Just to add, I've just loaded an offline Franchise and it appears to be working fine for me. So it may just be the Cloud that is the issue.

I found out how to fix it. You have to go to league settings and switch it to full control (it switches everything to manual). Then after you advance one week you’ll be able to do everything, including training.

Can anyone else confirm this?
