Sorry if this question has come up before.
I've installed and logged in to origin no problem.
Ive brought Madden 20 and its been downloaded and onto my desk top no problem.
But the problem is that when I click on 'play game' the screen turns black for about 10 secs then goes back to the ' play game' button.
I also have windows 10.
Can someone please help?

Let's take a look and see if we can help get Madden up and running for you.
First, have you had a chance to try repairing the game in Origin to see if that helps at all? If there's an issue with corrupted or missing data in the game files that might help fix it. If you right-click on Madden 20 in your Origin library you should see a repair option when the menu comes up.
