Madden 20 log in verification is showing a email that is no longer active

So for over 2 months I have been trying to get EA to remove a inactive email for the EA login verification system they have. Why they don’t just let you change the email in the first place is beyond me. Anyway so I have sent servers cases to EA with as much info as possible with picture proof. They say they can’t help me. I have 2 XBOX systems in my house. The one on the living works just fine even the the email on the account is the way that isn’t active. So why it works on that system is a mystery. The new Xbox in the bedroom asked for a verification login. I don’t even know the password for it and when I send a forgot password request it doesn’t go to my active email. I’m guessing they are sending it to the inactive one from the verification. This is beyond frustrating and I have even contacted AT&T support to see if they can recover the sbcglobal email EA seems to think is still active. AT&T told me that email doesn’t even exist on there sbcglobal servers anymore therefore inactive. Anyone have any insight on how I can bypass the login verification? Because my email EA has a completely different email. Hey

Account security is important to us.

When helping with certain issues, like account changes, it’s important that we can verify that you own this account. We want to make sure we’re not compromising your account, so we can’t help out with your issue currently.

If you’re able to regain access to your email account later, you can resume this case on EA Help at help.ea.com/my-cases/ or click Contact Us on any help.ea.com page to start a new case.

  • Currently my Xbox is linked to a none existent email So I cannot recover my password. And now I can’t even play madden or any ea titles that require to be logged into an ea account.

i have tried customer support over 10 times with an abundant amount of information trying to link my account to a new email for ea. Also when my aim email deactivated Microsoft prompted me to change my email. So now I also can’t log into ea using my Microsoft account.

customer support has been useless even after providing purchases made with the the exact date and purchase amount. And they don’t even ask me recovery questions. They tell me to fill out a web form and then told me to fill another web form and then denied me.

does anyone have any solution or insight on what I could do to fix this?
