I have Madden 20 on PC through EA Origin Premier. Every time I open the game I have to deal with the intro for the Pro Bowl and initial settings. Ive also noticed that I have to redo all of my settings because literally nothing is saving. I attempt to save profile and roster and then try to load them and nothing is showing. Not sure what the problem is.
Do you have OneDrive on your PC and did you turn off Controlled Folder Access?
I should also add that I have played QB1 and Franchise and those havent saved either.

Do you have a non-English character in your Windows account user name?
Turning off Ransomware fixed it for this user.
When you go to your Origin client's Application Settings>Saves>is the saves location the same as where you installed the game?
Yeah, none of those options worked. Any other suggestions?

I actually fixed it myself a few days ago. The fix was pretty basic and the cause is amateur hour development, a fundamental failure to understand the platform you're publishing on. The game lacks some basic Windows 10 folder access permissions. Running as administrator brute forces these into correct operation. But that's fundamentally a developer issue, not an end user issue, which explains why so many people encounter this. Windows 10 is not without it's own set of problems, but it's not like they're giving the software away for free. I have a hard time recommending that as a workaround because some people don't have the access or the knowledge to know how and it really is a development issue that should be patched, but if Eclectic Ants continues to pass the buck then I suppose this is something you could propose to get the game working for people. But it's a say state of affairs all around.
