Is the game still crashing on you when you try to play the game? We'll do everything we can to stop that from happening to you on your end, I know from personal experience that can be extremely disappointing.
Have you tried any steps like power cycling the console or reinstalling? When it crashes do you get a specific error and does it send you to the Xbox home screen or Madden main menu?
No it literally just crashes @EA_Blueberry and doesn’t have any reason given. I uninstalled and reinstalled and power cycled. Could it be a lemon of a version?

Let me know of the following so we can find out what's causing this:
- Is it a physical copy of the game or digital?
- Are you installing the game on an external hard drive?
- Do you have any devices attached to the USB slot on your Xbox?
- Which mode(s) is it crashing in and if it's franchise, do you use custom created players? We're tracking an issue for that here.
Nope not franchise and it’s a downloaded version from the microsoft store stored on the hard drive. Have no other issues with any games and never had an issue like this before. I have ample amounts of space. It’s a whole new issue. Crashes when playing online before you even start and also in practice mode and MUT.

Can you try going to My Games & Apps>Highlight Madden 20>Press Start>Manage Game>Clear the game saved data (local and cloud).
Launch the game. Let me know if that helps. 👍

Can you provide me these details above and let me know if you've tried reinstalling the game or at least power cycled the console yet?Yeah I’ve had the same problem. It’s now crashed 6x in a row for me in mut. What a freaking joke. Kicks me back to the home screen every time.
I’ve done a hard reboot, uninstalled and reinstalled, clear local save games, done a system reboot and still nothing.
It’s a hard copy in great condition, installed on the console and I have nothing plugged into the usb. I’m beyond fed up by this.
