Community ManagerCan you try going to My Games & Apps>Highlight Madden 20>Press Start>Manage Game>Clear the game saved data (local and cloud).

Still doesn’t work
I think my issue is the same mine crashes since the last update of 3 GB. Mine tries to load gets stuck on the Mahomes screen get 1 dot 2 dots and then 3 dots then black screen then back to home screen. I have been contacting Ea Chat, Telephone,email, and twitter. Other 7 games work except Madden 20 now since that update. I think I want a refund because this game is broken and won't work.
That’s what’s im saying dawg. Why release a game we can’t play? Never seen anything quite like this before.
