Can you provide me these details above and let me know if you've tried reinstalling the game or at least power cycled the console yet?
Yeah I’ve had the same problem. It’s now crashed 6x in a row for me in mut. What a freaking joke. Kicks me back to the home screen every time.
I’ve done a hard reboot, uninstalled and reinstalled, clear local save games, done a system reboot and still nothing.
It’s a hard copy in great condition, installed on the console and I have nothing plugged into the usb. I’m beyond fed up by this.
need help bad. I just want to play my freaking game.

Hey there. Does it crash on you with a specific error message and does it crash on you after setting your roster to BEST TEAM OVERALL with the lineup tool?
Does it crash on you in other game modes or only MUT?No there is no error message. It freezes for like maybe 5 seconds and then kicks out to the Xbox home screen.
I’ve never tried changing it to best team overall. I like to have some guys at certain spots and some players More than others say I have it customized a bit.
I usually only play mut but this will happen in the challenges as well as H2H.

Try changing your lineup to best OVR and change your jersey to a standard team one. There are instances where corrupted data can cause a similar error, but after you do that it fixes it. Curious if it will do the same for you.
