I am having a similar issue. It crashes on the splash screen. The game never loads. I have reinstalled the game. It is a digital download. I have power cycled. Changed the DNS. Cleared the MAC address. Nothing has worked. This is unacceptable. The game costs $60 and not to mention the hundreds of dollars spent on upgrades. This needs to be fixed or I would like ALL my money back.

Do you have an external hard drive or anything else plugged into your USB slot? (controller charging dock, guitar hero dongle, etc.)
