Madden 20 PC
Played Pro Bowl with no problems using XBOX 360 controller.
After that game, same controller only works on menu selection, starting screen. Then only keyboard and mouse work for selecting anything. This happened on Madden 19 PC. When is a patch coming to fix this (it took several weeks for Madden 19 to patch).

Community ManagerSorry to hear about the controller issue you're having, I have an Xbox 360 controller as well and so far haven't experienced that.
Have you tried right-clicking on the game in Origin and selecting "Repair" to see if that would fix it?
For PC users we want to make sure all the drivers are up-to-date and all Windows updates are installed to avoid some compatibility issues. Can you upload a DxDiag for us?

Yea, i'm having the same issue sporadically.. I played QB 1 with controller no issue, but when I went into MUT the controller just does not work, but I go back to the main menu, and the 360 controller works fine. Its kind of weird. I havent tried any other modes, but MUT and QB 1, and obviously the main menu. I've restarted the PC, unplugged and plugged the controller back in, but every time I go into MUT the controller does not work, and I REALLY dont want to play Madden with the keyboard lol.

Community ManagerThere's a couple things we can try. First, try updating your Windows 10 build to the latest version. Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates.
It's important all devices that are plugged into the PC are removed aside from the keyboard, mouse, and your 1 controller you plan to use. Make sure that all devices have the latest drivers. Here is how to do that.
Right-click on Madden 20 in Origin and select Repair. If you never uninstall Origin and re-downloaded the latest version when this was happening in Madden 19, I would try that too so you have some fresh files.

The game has been out for almost a month and I have not been able to play one game yet. My controller will not work in UT menu and the settings menu scrolls down by itself along with other menus. I have tried controller updates, origin updates, reinstalling origin, reinstalling the game, and repairing the game and nothing works. I just want to play the game. Madden was the only reason i renewed my origin access premier and I can't even play it.

other keys do not work and there is no way to configure the keys manually but what do you work with your feet?
please implement the possibility to configure at least the keys manually
same issue generic controller all messed up, can't really do anything but go back and forward A is right tab , back is several buttons, up is down and down is up???
