Madden 20 saying servers down.

Platform:Sony Playstation 4

Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode
Which part of the mode? Cloud
What is your Franchise League Name? Mohicans
Summarize your bug Unable to connect to ea server,please try again later
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Going to franchise and try to connect to it, have a total of 5 different PlayStations saying same thing using 5 different network providers
What happens when the bug occurs? Stays on Connection error screen
What do you expect to see? being able to long in are favorite franchise and being able to play

    Other ea games work ok. Feel like ea needs to give us a kick back for not being able to use what we paid for!

    I can play every other game type, but connected franchise already says “sorry, can not connect to EA servers”. Mine has been like this for a few days. I’ve tried rebooting my Xbox, hard shutdown, restarting madden. I’ve been playing this game for the last 20 years. About to give it up if EA doesn’t start making changes.

    If they cant keep the server up can we have our file for online and play it offline? As I said several times online franchise is not working and has been off more than on. Admin please advise.

    EA won't help cfm until the get some way of get extra money out of cfm like MUT. Just the cost of the game is not enough apparently to have a game that works.

    It's rare any updates get done for cfm. Apart from training changing its not really changed in 5 years. Simple stuff like draft scouting don't get fixed. 

    Money talks. Should be illegal for games companies to allow kids to gamble buying cards in all games.

    Hey Franchise Community,

    Earlier this week we provided an update on why some Online Franchise Leagues were unable to log in. For details on this update, please check out the original EA Forum post here.

    Yesterday, our teams attempted to roll out a server side fix to address the issue where some Online Franchise Leagues were unable to login. After the fix was rolled out, we noticed that the Franchise servers started to lock up. Late last night, a decision was made that we had to gate all of the Franchise Online modes to prevent all the Madden servers from locking up, which would have impacted all game modes.

    At this time Franchise Online modes will be offline till further notice. Both Offline Franchise and QB1 are still available to play.

    Please know that this is the top priority for the Franchise Team to fix at this time. Our teams are actively working through the 3 day weekend to find a solution and get online Franchise modes back online.

    We will provide another status update this coming Tuesday, November 12th.
