    Hey, all!

    The Madden team is aware of this happening and looking to address it in a future update as soon as possible. Thank you for the reports and we'll update this post as soon as we hear more around it.

Any word yet on a update? This is frustrating.. all we want is to use different uniforms in H2H online. Should be something small, please fix this.

I'm afraid I don't have any updates to share on this at the moment. I'll try to get an update for you all as soon as possible.

    So our last 'update' from EA was a month ago and since then 'nothing new to report'?  Is there anyone even working on this or have you guys already moved on to Madden21?  I am so disappointed in this company.  You earned $4.875 Billion in Net Revenue last fiscal year, $980 Million in Net Income.  And yet, I cant play H2H with the Bears Alternate Classic Uniforms, even though, I could back in October 2019.  An update went in and the jerseys stopped working.  Hire someone to fix it!

    @EA_BlueberryPlease fix this all I want to be able to do is change uniforms it's been broke since October. Also, let us see our ranked h2h stats I understand that y'all make y'alls money in MUT but that doesn't mean you should neglect the rest of the game. It's a huge turn off and makes me not want to play next year's madden or even recommend to all my friends that have quit madden to start playing again when the simplest mode has broke uniforms and no stats its a joke. Just because there is no stats doesnt mean people will want to play MUT, calm down.
    Some people buy madden to play with original teams not play MUT.

      @Live-To-Believe Yeah I don’t get it, stats and jerseys are such standard features!! I don’t like MUT and don’t play it...sad they don’t care about head to head. This definitely will effect me and others buying the game next year, so sad.

        @TheBigHotNReady Yeah man all MUT is who has the most cash. I tried to get into it and played the game since launch every day got like 1.5 mill coin and my team to a 86 ovr no money spent and did every solo challenge you could do finally decide okay it's time to play MUT h2h. Mind you I'm rookie never played first game I get dudes with power up cards across the board 95-98 ovr and I just quit and said you know what I'm not playing this mode anymore it's a waste of time. The best I could do is like 1.5 mill coin and 86ovr over months of grind and first game in all rookie I'm going against a least an 95 over team completely decked out even the back up players were 2nd to best cards. Mut is trash pay to win hot garbage.

    @EA_Blueberry- but what about stats and jerseys? Just tell us the truth. Are you moving on from that? Why dodge the questions with “we are aware of the situation” If you tell us you’re done with those features we will all stop asking. Then we can make a decision if we want to buy the game or not. Please just tell us the REAL reason why nothing has been done.

      In the top right corner of a user's replies there are 3 dot you can click/tap and hit the report button if you want to report a user's post.

      I unfortunately don't have any updates to share around this at the moment. I reiterated this is a feature within the game some players would like to use and they're fully aware of the bug. 

      It's also important to understand that with the many bugs we identify we have to also prioritize which ones are most impacting to the game. I'm sure you would agree and fully understand that game exploits and core game balance tends to be at a higher priority than other cosmetic-only features (not always true, but generally it is). 

      Because it is cosmetic issue doesn't mean it's not ignored though. Another factor is difficulty of fix without breaking other features in the game, as well as delivering fixes for other features without pushing entire updates back even further. I understand a lot of you really want this addressed and we'll continue to champion your cause by letting them know it's of high interest for you. As I've mentioned earlier in this post though, I'm afraid to get this addressed it isn't as simple as initially expected and all I can ask for you at this time is for your patience.

        The lack of interest EA shows to fix something that should automatically be a part of the game is mind blowing. This is literal false advertising, I purchased madden again to give it a second chance and play with the uniforms that real NFL players use and I can’t even do something that simple? just a sign for us to not invest in it anymore. Never have I ever played a game which the company took away features from the community. You’ve officially lost a loyal customer for 20 years. I will not be investing in any other EA products again and I’m sure I’m not the only one ! Do better EA everyone’s watching.
