In the top right corner of a user's replies there are 3 dot you can click/tap and hit the report button if you want to report a user's post.
I unfortunately don't have any updates to share around this at the moment. I reiterated this is a feature within the game some players would like to use and they're fully aware of the bug.
It's also important to understand that with the many bugs we identify we have to also prioritize which ones are most impacting to the game. I'm sure you would agree and fully understand that game exploits and core game balance tends to be at a higher priority than other cosmetic-only features (not always true, but generally it is).
Because it is cosmetic issue doesn't mean it's not ignored though. Another factor is difficulty of fix without breaking other features in the game, as well as delivering fixes for other features without pushing entire updates back even further. I understand a lot of you really want this addressed and we'll continue to champion your cause by letting them know it's of high interest for you. As I've mentioned earlier in this post though, I'm afraid to get this addressed it isn't as simple as initially expected and all I can ask for you at this time is for your patience.
