Madden 20 won‘t launch/can‘t re-download it anymore

so it‘s been well over 6 days now since i was last able to play the game.  

first it started with a license verifying issue on my ps4. i restored them and even rebuilt the database. nothing helped. i even factory reset my ps4. still the same.  

  

everytime i try to download the game from the store it shows me „you can‘t buy this because you already have Madden NFL 20 Tracker installed/bought“.  

  

i‘ve been in constant contact with psn and ea support but no one was able to help me.  

  

this is getting more and more frustrating every day.  

  

and the funny thing is that even my bro has the same exact issue and no one listens to him either.  

  

this can‘t be a coincidence anymore...  

  

anyone else having this issue that knows how to fix this?

    So yes as my bro stated in his post I have the exact same problem! Everyone says we just have to wait and on the phone i got told from an ea support member that they can‘t do anything! This is a Sony problem they said!

    Very frustrating and everyone should consider it twice to buy an EA game because there is nobody listening to you if you have a problem!

    All they do is taking your hard-earned money and when there is a problem they just say shut up and talk to someone else!

    @ffgamer88 ridiculous is the word you‘re searching for 😜
    nevertheless, people on reddit are starting to report those issues as well. so we‘re not alone on this one.

    is there still no one willing to help us? christ, this company is ridiculous. no wonder you‘re known as the worst company.

    I played Madden 20 as soon as it came out, then at Christmas upgraded to a new PS4 and now Madden 20 won’t download to my new PS4

    Hey @NoNoWells73. 


    What are you seeing when you're trying to download the game? Is it giving you a particular error message? Also, are you currently logged into the same PSN account where the game was purchased?
