Madden 20 won't load past intro

I've had the game for 2 weeks and can't get past the intro the screen goes dark and the intro plays in the background. It's stuck at "showtime" But when I'm not connected to the internet the game loads normally but can't log into online servers even if I switch it back on again the screen will grey . Please someone help I spent £50 on a game and EA won't respond to my tweets DMs even chats .
