When you've got a chance can you give this a shot for me to see if it helps at all?
Open up your Xbox Settings, then go to Network Settings. From there go to Advanced Options and select the option to clear the Alternate MAC Address. The Xbox will restart after that.

Same issue. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and can only play game offline.
Well what i just did was go offline then turned it back on again and i made it to game play
I started having this issue on Sunday evening and it's still occurring. Nothing with troubleshooting the mac address or DNS or any network settings has worked. I can't "play offline" as I only have it digitally.
Need help.

Same. We have Madden 20. We play regularly. Past month can't load it anymore, just stops at "showtime"... is there any explanation or fix?
Clearing the Mac cache did nothing
This did not fix it for us, even after clearing the Mac cache. We have Madden 20. But for past month it stops loading at "showtime". Just gets stuck with the music on repeat saying "big moments".
