Madden 21: Can't hear commentary

I preordered Madden 21 on my Xbox a week before it came out I even got EA access to play it early, I can't hear any commentary during games or on face of the franchise and I can barley hear the music in the background & the volume is all the way up and it really starting to make me made, how can I fix this

    Hey @blckoil4 this is generally a result of your sound options being set wrong. Can you open up your audio options on both your console and in-game and ensure that your options reflect your set up, for example, if you are using TV sound or stereo speakers can you ensure that this is reflected in your set up and that you are not outputting in surround for example.

    It's also no harm switching out your HDMI cable and trying a different HDMI port on your TV/monitor to rule this out as an issue.

    This sounds like it could be a bug, I would try reinstalling the game first, if it still doesn't fix it then drop a bug report here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/bd-p/madden-nfl-21-bug-reports-en
    The team can then take a look into it and others can also voice their concern if they're running into the same issue.

    If I had the same problem go to your xbox settings and change your audio to stereo uncompressed and it will work I had mine on surround sound put it on stereo it will fix the commentary I know it's weird but it's just what you have to do If you like to hear commentary
