Had the same issue; reached out to EA Help and they told me the following: Unfortunately we do not have a way to validate this claim, and are unable to grant this content. What we can do, is file this as a bug report! I would be doing this on my end as well!

But taking my info and spamming my email since I registered to championship because of their cookie settings is fine!
