    I was able to fix the issue I was having my clearing the app cache in EA Desktop.

    1. click the 3 lines menu button in the upper left corner
    2. Select help > app recovery > clear cache

    after ea desktop restarted I had to log back in and then it started working as expected.

I don't know if there's anyone having this problem, but for some reason it won't let me open up to see community files for me to download, everything else like MUT or just online play works fine and open but when I try to go on download community files, it keeps saying I have a network issue or couldn't connect to ea, any answers what I could do or why it keeps doing this

    @DatelessYeti147 Just got the game today and also having this problem, connection error every time I try to load madden share. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

      I feel you, it just ses like everytime the fix something, they mess something else up
