I know in the past, at least for Xbox players, that clearing the saved game data helped get around this. It didn't work for everyone, but if interested that's a potential workaround while we await more details from the Madden NFL team.

Thank you for the update @EA_Blueberry , very much appreciate you providing a status update. Definitely not upset or angry with you, just frustrated this is still unfixed and it has been for so long. A similar situation happened with last version as well. I'm playing on a PS5 and shows I have no saved files. It won't let me bring in any roster files from when I played on my PS4... A lot of us Madden players have felt that franchise doesn't gets any attention from the developers and this reiterates that belief. I know I won't be purchasing the next version, which is a disappointing because I want to play the game and want to enjoy it. But I can't continue playing franchise without being able to import draft classes... Thank you for an update, hope this is resolved soon.

play franchise on this game and the fact I can’t get a simple draft class is very upsetting. This is next gen and we have the same problems that we had on old gen. If you could suggest to ea to get these small bugs fixed and to stop worrying about adding promotions and other worthless stuff when the game isn’t even working properly that would be great. Until then I am not playing your game and I’m sure a lot of other people aren’t because of the same reason.

I am still having this issue too.

• Platform you play on: Xbox Series X
• When did it stop working?: Haven't tried since December, but it is not working at all
• What isn't working? (Roster sharing, Draft Class): Cannot download draft class or roster. When I click the community files button it just loads for a minute and then comes up with an error. I spent 30-45 minutes trying to get in and eventually was able to access the community file page. Once I was in I could not actually download any of the files. When trying it would say: "Error. An error has occurred while downloading the file. Please try again."
• If it's a specific file you're trying to download and can't, which one is it?: No,  I cannot even access the community file section. I have been trying for 30-45 minutes. I finally got into the community file section and now when I try to download a file it says: "Error. An error has occurred while downloading the file. Please try again."
• Confirm rebooting your network and power cycling the console does not work: I have tried rebooting, power cycling, signing in and out.

How embarrassing. I literally bought this game last night against my better judgment to hop into franchise mode and try to enjoy the minor changes made in the last update. What do I find when I load up this game? A broken community files section that takes away any hope of adding in some realistic sliders, playbooks, custom rosters, and most importantly draft classes. And not only is it broken, but it's also been broken for months with no fix in sight Now, I've got to ask Steam for a refund. Truly I blame myself for thinking this game was going to be better.

Just so disrespectful. Everyone go on twitter and air this out. They dont care its been a month. Not one bit of progress. They dont care at all. Blueberry hasnt done anything to help solve this problem. Its disgusting just because franchise does not have additional purchases for you guys to milk you leave it broken. We dont want to hear your bs excuses we want to be able to play the game we PAID for. This is literally criminal sold us something that is broken. EVERYONE TWEET ABOUT THIS! PUT PRESSURE ON EA.

thats gonna delete all progress though. how about you guys get your [Removed - CM] together and fix this. Franchise is a very popular game mode and this feature rarely works. They get around a billion dollars in revenue, dont listen to VERY popular user complaints, and dont fix [Removed - CM] like this thats been reoccurring. This problem has been ongoing was resolved for maybe a week or two and now its here again. If it wasn't all about the money like u guys make it seem its not and like u care then I wouldn't need to write this message.
