Madden 21 Companion App

When I log into the Companion app it takes me straight to the Binder section and whenever I click Auction it tells me that "Access denied, contact customer service". I have been contacting them and doing everything they tell me and yet it is still not working. It has been like this for a couple of days now and is incredibly frustrating. Anyone else run into this issue before?

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

When using the app it says access denied when I go to auction. Why is this happening and how do I fix this it’s ridiculous

Hey, all.

If you're not completing the verification puzzle in the app that can lock you out. This is to prevent bots. Please complete the puzzle.

Are there ways to limit the number of times the puzzlepops up during the last moments of an auction? I was bidding on an item just an hour or so ago, and with every bid, the puzzle popped up. There is virtually no way to complete the puzzle in time to return to the auction, especially if your connection is a little slow and the load times for the verification puzzle are more than instantaneous.

That is dumb, it will send you nothing but captchas sometimes and you can’t even use the app it’s so bad
