Madden 21 Companion App

When I log into the Companion app it takes me straight to the Binder section and whenever I click Auction it tells me that "Access denied, contact customer service". I have been contacting them and doing everything they tell me and yet it is still not working. It has been like this for a couple of days now and is incredibly frustrating. Anyone else run into this issue before?

    How is this marked as solved? People just stop using the app? I’ve literally been locked out 3 times in 2 days. I’ve restarted the phone, deleted and redownloaded the app, done a million of the little spinning puzzles… and I still can’t access the auction house consistently from the app. If I get access, it’s for 5 min or so… I check all my pinned searches to see if the cards I’ve been looking for are available and then I check the block… next I know I’m in my binder and it says I don’t have access to the auction feature and I should contact EA. Well here’s my contact and FYI your app sucks.
