Madden 21 Companion App

How can you complete the puzzle? I never seen this puzzle. It’s been about a month or so since i was able to use the app? It randomly locked me out. I have contacted Ea but i haven’t got an answer yet?

I did every troubleshooting step and nothing is a working, this is ridiculous! Why hasn’t this been resolved already!?

I have been completing the puzzles but it just locked me out how do I fix this issue.

I got my auction house banned and I don’t know why. It said something about coin distribution and I don’t know what that means. I didn’t cheat or anything. Plz unban my auction house

1. Has anyone at all figured out if there is a solution to this? I was being hit with endless amounts of captcha puzzles last night, to the point where I couldn’t use the app at all. I literally probably solved 30 puzzles but I think I may have either not finished one or closed the app or something and this morning I’m being denied access to the auction feature. Deleted and re installed, and restarted my phone and none of that worked. It’s only the app.

I recommend checking your device to see if you have any software updates and restart it. Perhaps try deleting the companion app one more time and re-install it again. If captchas are failed on the app, you will receive a temporary suspension from the auction house on it. This is to help protect the economy from bots. If you're moving at an extremely fast pace, try slowing down a little bit to see if that helps. 

I tried uninstalling and that didn't work and now the app isn't even giving me the puzzles to have a chance to get unbanned I got unbanned for about 1 month and it never let me back in after that. When it rebanned me it was giving me the puzzles anytime I would click on an auction or go into my binder I would do the puzzles but it got annoying so I exited out of the app one time to see if that would fix it and then it banned me again.

Can you post the details we're requesting here to forward along to the team? We want to get this looked into but need some more examples where players are being locked out from the puzzles.
