Madden 21 crashing at edit player

Has it been giving you any error messages at all when the game is crashing? If so, what is the full error you've been seeing?

No its hasnt. Basically it lets me start scrolling thru the options on some of the items and it'll stop, the music will play for about 4 seconds. Then kick me straight back to the Xbox Home Page. But only in this one spot. No problems in The Yard or in Face of the Franchise.

Ah, gotcha. 

That's definitely weird. If possible, would you be able to record a video of this happening and link it here? You can host it somewhere like Youtube and share the link here, and we can take a look.

Having same exact issue...in edit player mode in franchise once you get to the R/L wrist categories and begin shuffling through the game freezes then turns off with no warning or message. Has happened 5 straight times. Both in the creation of the “my player” before loading franchise and once in franchise and in edit player option

During FoF, when I try to change cosmetic equipment on my player, the game will freeze and then crash. For example, I tried going from the default gloves on a RB to the UA gloves and it froze and crashed. This happens with most other types of equipment with a lot of options like sleeves, cleats, gloves, arm bands, and so on. This has happened since launch and my copy is on the latest version.

Madden 21 Crashes every time i Try to make changes to my player in Face of Franchise mode if its as simple as just jersey number or cleats then if it decides not to Crash it does not save my Changes Please help this is Cheese Like always something with EA

This game freezing thing is also happening on regular franchise with creating a player
