Madden 21 EA Play Trial won't connect to EA Servers

You say you're trying to play Franchise Mode. I assume you mean Connected Franchise or is this happening when you first try to load into the game? A couple other things to try are restoring the licenses. Those instructions are here. Also, try rebuilding the database with these steps.

Well nothing works? No matter what I’ve done it won’t work??? I’ve hard rest, unplugged console and modem, changed dns, restored license, and a few other things..it shouldn’t be this hard

    @R2B2SW 

    Try deleting everything Madden 21 related off your console. Then, go to playstation.com and try downloading the game from there. You should see an option for the trial and can push it to your console.

      I'm having same issue. I followed all suggestion but still says I can't connect to EA servers and none of the game modes will start up. Such a pain

        Are you getting the message about not connecting as soon as you try to load into Madden 21?

      Doesnt do anything....ive deleted everything and reinstalled, unhooked stuff.....and btw its not on my end...I guess its just broken ?
