Madden 21 EA Play Trial won't connect to EA Servers

Are you getting the message about not connecting as soon as you try to load into Madden 21?

@EA_Aljo Yes trying to play on ps5 through the ea play trial and it says 'Ea servers are not available at this time" followed by 'you must be connected to the ea servers in order to play the madden nfl 21 free trial. We will now attempt to reconnect to the ea servers'.

I'm unable to play any mode from here. None of the options work

    @b123warner And i have Uninstalled/reinstalled multiple times including from playstation.com, reinstated the licenses, even deleted my saved data off of the console and its still not working

    @b123warner 

    Try using alternate DNS servers with the instructions here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know if that makes a difference or not.

    Has anyone had a fix for this? If I can't play the trial I certainly won't buy the full version.

    thats exactlyyy what has been happening to me now for a month!!! Haven’t had a chance to try the game and wated 45mins
