Madden 21 Error message (Banned)

Madden 21 for 2 weeks ive been getting error messages ea says im not banned but nothing they do will help me

@EA_Barry when i chat with you guy i give you all my info and gamer tag so it is the right account i keep getting same answers my account not banned they dont know why i cant play my game its now going on 3 weeks since ive not been able to play anything on madden 21

Our forum staff is not able to assist with banned accounts. The account you are contacting us from may be a different account than what you play the game on which is why we're recommending visiting profile.ea.com to verify you're logging into the correct EA account because your Gamertag/PSN ID should show up under the connected account section. If not, the PSN ID/Gamertag must be on a different EA account.
